About Church Software Index
Church Software Index is an independent price index for church management software. It lists 22 products and what each one costs for churches of 50, 200, and 1,000 people.
How prices are sourced
- We read each vendor's own pricing page and copy the price and the plan it belongs to.
- Every figure links to the page it came from and shows the date we checked it.
- When only a secondhand source has a price, the page labels it reported.
- When we work out a monthly figure from a published rate, such as a price per attendee per year, the page says it is calculated and shows the math.
How prices are checked
- All prices on the site were last checked on Oct 15, 2026.
- Prices marked "Checked twice against the vendor's site" were confirmed by two separate checks that found the same figure on the vendor's own website. Secondhand prices never get this mark.
- If a vendor or reader spots a mistake, the Claim your listing page explains what to send.
Independence
- Church Software Index is independent and not affiliated with any vendor listed.
- Nothing here is ranked. Lists are A to Z.
- Quote only stays quote only. We do not guess a price a vendor will not post.
- Paid placements are labeled. There are none today, and no vendor pays to be listed.
- Links to vendor sites are plain links. We do not earn a commission from them.
